You initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized furniture.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Damaged items caused by misuse or improper assembly.

To return an item:

3. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
